Prior to joining Montview Realty Advisors, Fletcher was a Controls Assurance Specialist and Business Consultant with Deloitte and Touche LLP and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Fletcher was also the Director of Financial Solutions at VitalSpring Technologies.

Tom Leachman is a Principal with Montview Realty Advisors. His primary expertise is in land and investment sales and land development. He was a Partner with Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, which was sold to Insignia/ESG in 1999 (acquired by CB Richard Ellis in 2003). He has been consistently recognized over the course of his career as a Top Producing Broker both regionally and nationally.
